Gong Hei Fatt Choy!!!

The 3 days of many handshakes, ang baos and CNY goodies are gone. Though we still have a mountain of goodies waiting to be eaten.

This long weekend is a good break. So much so I'm about to forget I still have a heap of work to complete. Reality isn't so fun really! But we have our fair share of fun with 'ban luck' and incessent laughter.

We ended 'Chu San' on a high note. The whole Lim family has planned a trip to Penggarang for a weekend chokeful with seafood at a Bungalow with our own beach front. We talked abt not going Sentosa as a family for so many years to confirming this trip in less than 30 mins. Talk abt it, calendar taken out, looking at each weekend and see who objects. And now we're heading there on the 17-18 April!

But this new didn't started off very well. On the eve of CNY, the washing machine broke down and I had a mad rush to call Courts to make sure they have stock. I headed down and they told me the warehouse is closed for today and the earliest they can deliver to me is on CNY day itself between 11-3pm. I was so angry cus the fella assured me I can cash and carry on the day I called! End up the father was fed up and I wasn't happy with their service so we didn't get.

I called Best Denki too and they simply say "all washing machine no stock, you go other place buy." So rude! I condemn BD from then on!

So nvm, we still survived w/o washing machine cus we send the clothes to aunt's place and wash..haha! We'll buy one tmr by hook or crook!

Washing machine will be settled tmr. But my poor watch met an accident. A major one. How heng can I get man?!?!

While I was preparing to put on my watch today, it slipped and fell face flat on the ground. I quickly picked it up and put on w/o checking whether it was fine cus the parents are chasing us like crazy. When I end up at aunt's place and was checking the time, I saw this...

Face cracked and the letter "O" is GONE!!!! When I shake the watch, it sound like all the mechanical parts are broken inside. Although it was a gift, I still feel heartpain la! Its been with me for almost 3 years and was working fine. Its brittle afterall.

I guess many of us will start work/school tmr. All the best and have a roaring good year!
