Happy Mooncake Festival!

It's time like these I appreciate whatever my parents do.

They feed me like there's no tmr. When they come back late, they'll call and ask what i want for supper.

Just last Sunday, Pa went to aunt's place and came back with 3 boxes of mooncakes! He ask me bring one box to sch. So nice hor?

Just nice I love the yolkies kind and he gave me whatever yolk there is..haha

Then when Pa was sending me to sch just now, Mummy was funny.

Mum: Aiyah, forget to ask you to bring some tea leaves!
Me: For what??
Mum: Then you can eat mooncake and shang yue tonight ma.
Me: Wa lao...for what shit! My hall cant see moon la...light bulb can anot?
(hahahhahaa...)

We have nvr sipped tea while eating mooncake under the moonlight. Our style is gobble the chopped up mooncake and maybe drink coke light. So not traditional but who cares. We enjoy it still!

The only time i enjoy the moon was back then in 1997, when my dad sent my sis and I to sch every morning. Then I will stare at the moon when its nearing the 15th day of the lunar calendar.

And one stupid thing I do when i cannot get to slp in the past and when there is moon. I would stand by the window, and watch the moon move. I will use smth as gauge point and it's the sun blockage things...I think no one will get it. BUT the moon did move. I can just stand there for an hour and prove that the moon did move (or rather the earth is rotating). It's amazing!
