    A day at the kitchen as I'm feeling super satisfied. I love cooking cus it brings me away from reality for a while.

    And so here's the start to the making of Shepard's Pie.

    Mashing of boiled potatoes (use only usa russet potatoes cus if you're gonna use the indian potato, you're gonna mash till tmr)

    Then add in some bacon (pan fried or toasted till slightly crispy) as well as some chicken stock.

    Fry the white button mushrooms with butter, a pinch of salt and pepper and add a little milk to simmer (just agar agar la cus i nvr see how much i add).

    The mince beef (it'll be gd to buy from Carrefour cus only their beef looks fresh and red, NTUC one looks like the cow has been killed a mth ago though I dunno if Carrefour's cow is killed on the day of sales). Oh ya...season with kikkoman and worcestershire sauce.

    Onions and carrots...

    The product of mince beef, carrots and onions. Of course addition of Worcestershire sauce, kikkoman soy sauce and a pinch of black pepper.

    Get a foil bowl and put the beef in it...

    Top it with the lovely mushies

    Then the potato and mozzeralla cheese

    Bake it and TADAAA~~~~~

    Look yummy ain't it? Dun drool dun drool!!!

    And that dumbass CHUAN HUAT has gotta ask me to not ruin the food. And when i send him the finale picture of the pie, he said, "Yucks! Char tar 1..Haha!" Shit you la...it's better than the pizzas you made hor!!! But i'm used to it already la. One huat, one wk, one ky, I'm close to dead. Only edmund's the tame one..hahahaha
